No Internet Access pada Windows 8 1 Limited Connectivity

Kali ini saya akan menshare tentang network atau jaringan pada OS Windows 8.1, dimana kasus yang terjadi adalah ketika Wireless sudah tersambung akan tetapi notifikasi network di ikon kanan bawah tetap "No Internet Access" berikut ini adalah langkah-langkah menormalkan kembali koneksi network.
1. Buka Command Prompt dengan Hak Administrasi (run as administrator)
4. Maka akan tampil menu di bawah, kemudia pilih Run As Administrator.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
Setelah ketiganya sudah dilakukan, maka akan muncul perintah untuk me-restart PC anda, maka lakukanlah restart PC, maka masalah jaringan yang No Internet Access, akan teratasi (SOLVED).

Opera Integrates a Free VPN To its Browser For Anonymous Internet Access
Opera web browser has integrated a Free Unlimited Virtual Private Network (VPN)to its web browser.
Which means you dont have to download additional VPN to access blocked websites and to protect your private browsing when on public Wifi.
VPNs route users internet traffic through servers in different countries, making it more difficult for governments and hackers to monitor web traffic, and allowing users to access content that might be geo-restricted to a certain country.
To use the new service, you just need to download the developer version of Opera and activate the VPN via the preferences menu.
